Returns, Exchange and Claims

Please follow the instructions below to create a return:

  1. Register your return online and receive a QR code for your return label here.
  2. Reuse the packaging your order arrived in and ensure that it is properly closed and securely sealed.
  3. Return costs vary by country and are displayed in the return portal. These costs are covered by the customer.
  4. When returning a product to us, you are responsible for ensuring that it is packaged safely. You carry the risk of the item until we have received it in our physical possession. We therefore recommend that you keep your proof of dispatch.
  5. You are responsible for any deterioration in the value of the product caused by handling other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
  6. If the value of the product has decreased, we will deduct the reduction in value from the purchase price you paid for the product, before refunding the amount to you.
  7. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

 

Exchanges

If you have requested an exchange, we will ship your chosen item once we have received the returned product.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the exchange has been dispatched.

Please note: Exchanges may be cancelled if the requested item is out of stock. In such cases, your payment will be refunded as a standard return.

Kindly include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos documenting the claim
