Send your used Soft Rebels items back to us, we will check them and quickly pay you with a voucher to soft-rebels.com. All you have to do is follow the three steps below. You’ll receive your voucher quickly - you don’t have to wait for the items to be sold.

Pack your items and include a note with your name, phone number, and email address. See shipping instructions here.
Step 3
Once we have processed your items, you will receive the refund value and after you accept, we send you the voucher.

For each item that is eligible for resale, we will pay you 70% (for items with a value more than 70€) or 50% (for items with a value less than 70€) of the estimated resale price as a voucher. You will receive the voucher approximately two weeks after you have shipped your secondhand items to us. The voucher is valid six 6 months from the date of issue.
